Our colleagues at the service desk ensure that your problem or request is dealt with adequately and professionally. But they do so much more!
Our service desk is there for you:
- Preventing failures by proactive management;
- Installing programmes;
- Implementing changes to existing software;
- managing licences;
- Managing passwords and network data;
- compiling a database of all your systems, software used, equipment life cycles, warranty periods, etc;
- Monitoring of business critical systems such as a server.
